🌟 Meet Cera! 🌟

Are you looking for a loyal and loving companion who’s already trained and ready to fit into your life? Cera could be your girl! Our happy 5 year old girl is ready to retire and join a loving family. 🐾

About Vienna:

  • DOB: 12/20/2020

  • Height/Weight: 15” 26 lbs

  • Vaccinations: Up to date

  • Health: Health tested and passing for hips, elbows, patellas, and eyes. Clear for the full genetic panel.

  • Training: House trained, crate and leash trained, basic obedience training, several tricks, travels well, good manners in public, good off leash recall, easy grooming and nails. Has done scent work and some basic agility.

Cera’s Personality: Cera is a beautifully balanced dog with an easy, adaptable temperament. She is happy to relax nearby on the couch or dog bed and quietly observe the household, but she is also affectionate and loves to cuddle when invited. She is deeply people-oriented and tends to follow her family around like a happy little shadow.

She is friendly and welcoming with strangers without being pushy or overwhelming. Cera has lovely manners and respects boundaries naturally. She is phenomenal with children and has participated in scent work and beginner agility activities with my daughter.

With other dogs, Cera is confident, socially intelligent, and neutral. She gets along well with both submissive and more dominant personalities and integrates easily into a pack without creating drama. She is also respectful around other animals and does not pester them.

Cera has an excellent off-switch in the home and is not a high-maintenance or chaotic dog indoors. She enjoys toys, learning, and interactive activities, especially scent work. She loves to work, train, and use her brain. She also absolutely adores water and will happily splash, play, or lounge in any kiddie pool, bucket, or water source she can find.

She is generally a quiet dog and settles quickly if she does bark. Her only amusing quirk is that she strongly dislikes slippery wood stairs, though she handles any other type of stairs just fine.

The Right Home for Cera: Cera would thrive in a home where she is treated as a true companion and included in daily life. She deeply bonds with her people and will do best with someone who enjoys having a dog close by, whether that means relaxing at home, going on walks, training, traveling, or exploring new places together.

She would especially love a home that keeps her mentally engaged and lets her enjoy some of her favorite things, like toys, water play, games, scent work, or outdoor adventures.

Cera does need a home that understands she cannot simply be left unattended in a fenced yard unless it is a secure enclosed run. She is an impressive climber and will scale fences to come find her people. She is not a dog that runs away, she simply wants to be near her family. If left in the backyard while her people are inside, she has been known to climb the fence and come knock at the front door to be let back in. Because of this, she needs a home committed to supervised outdoor time, leash walks, or secure containment.

Cera is an incredibly special dog to me and has been both a treasured family member and an important foundation female in my program. I will be extremely selective about where she goes because she deserves a home where she will be deeply loved, included, and cherished.

Reason Cera is Available: Cera is being placed as she retires from breeding. She is ready to transition into a home where she can receive more one-on-one attention and enjoy her favorite thing… being close to her people and soaking up all the love!
