Meet Brio
Brio is the kind of puppy who makes you laugh all day and then climbs into your arms like he has nowhere else he'd rather be. He's confident, playful, ridiculously cuddly and has just enough spice to keep life interesting. He's our little class clown, always ready for the next adventure and absolutely delighted when someone stops to tell him how wonderful he is.
He LOVES people. Kids, adults, someone he just met five minutes ago... Brio isn't particularly picky about who provides the attention. And he doesn't just tolerate being loved on, he absolutely revels in it. Pick him up, dangle him in your arms, kiss his face and look into his eyes, and Brio just turns into a happy little rag doll, tail wagging the entire time. He loves that close connection and will happily gaze right back at you like you're the best thing he's seen all day.
Then put him down and he's off again. He'll race around the yard, dig in the dirt, carry sticks, climb over whatever he can find and play until his heart is content. Brio approaches the world like one big adventure waiting for him. Something makes a strange noise? He wants to know what it was. New place? He's off exploring. He'll wander out confidently to investigate, then come racing back for a quick hug and check-in before he's off again.
Brio is just FUN. He's affectionate without being clingy, confident without being reckless, playful without being unable to settle, and just mischievous enough to keep you laughing.

Play & Training
Brio loves tug, fetch, treats and using his nose to hunt for hidden goodies. He is very food motivated and thrives on praise and attention, giving his future family several great ways to engage him in training. He checks in frequently while exploring and is already very responsive when called.
People & Dogs
Brio is wonderfully comfortable with children and affectionate with people of all ages. He plays enthusiastically with other dogs, shares food and toys easily, respects older dogs who don't want to play and is secure enough to set a boundary when another puppy gets too rambunctious.
Everyday Life
Brio has a nice off switch and settles well for cuddles and downtime, although the evening puppy zoomies are definitely alive and well. He isn't mouthy with people and can entertain himself when everyone is busy. He rides quietly crated in the car, is developing a good crate foundation and handles bathing, drying and nail trims well.
The Home We See for Brio
Brio would be wonderful for someone looking for a fun, active companion who really wants to be part of the family. He could be fantastic with children or equally happy with an individual or couple looking for an adventure buddy. He doesn't need a particular type of house or a huge yard. He needs people who will laugh with him, cuddle him, teach him things and give that curious little brain plenty of opportunities to explore the world. And preferably forgive him when he comes inside with dirt on his nose.
